AI Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

These AI Policy terms ("AI Policy") supplement Autify's Terms of Services (the "Terms") and govern the use of AI-powered features within the Aximo Services. In the event of a conflict between this AI Policy and the Terms, this AI Policy shall prevail with respect to the use of AI features. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

1. AI Features Overview

The AI features of the Services are powered by large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning models operated by Third-Party AI Providers. To deliver these features, Autify transmits certain User Information to Third-Party AI Providers for inference. The current list of Third-Party AI Providers is maintained in our Sub-Processor List.

2. Data Protection and Model Training

2.1 Autify will not use your User Information to train, re-train, or fine-tune any AI models made available to other customers or third parties.

2.2 Autify may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the Services for the purposes of improving, developing, and enhancing the quality and performance of the Services. Such anonymized data will be stripped of all information that could reasonably identify you, your organization, or any individual, and will not be reversible to its original form.

2.3 User Information transmitted to Third-Party AI Providers for inference is subject to those providers' data use policies. Autify contractually requires Third-Party AI Providers not to use your User Information to train their general-purpose models.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all inputs submitted to the AI features are lawful and comply with applicable regulations.

3.2 You should not submit to the AI features any User Information that contains sensitive personal data (such as health records, financial account numbers, government-issued identification numbers, or special categories of personal data under applicable data protection law) unless you have implemented appropriate safeguards.

3.3 AI features are intended for use within the context of software testing, QA, and quality engineering. You shall not use the AI features for purposes outside of this scope.

3.4 You acknowledge that artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. You shall exercise reasonable human oversight when using AI-generated outputs and shall not rely on them as a sole basis for critical decisions in production environments.

4. AI Output Limitations

4.1 AI-generated outputs (including test actions taken, test result summaries, and recommendations) are probabilistic and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and for any decisions made in reliance on them.

4.2 Autify expressly disclaims liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs, as further set forth in the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections of the Terms of Services.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

5.1 Your use of the AI features is subject to the applicable terms and policies of the Third-Party AI Providers. By using the AI features, you acknowledge that your User Information will be processed by these providers subject to their respective privacy and data processing policies.

5.2 The availability and performance of AI features is dependent on the availability of Third-Party AI Providers' services. Autify shall not be liable for any interruption, degradation, or unavailability of AI features caused by a Third-Party AI Provider.

6. Updates to This AI Policy

Autify may update this AI Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our AI features, third-party providers, or applicable regulations. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes by posting the updated AI Policy on our website or through other means. Your continued use of the AI features after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised AI Policy.
